Hopkins, et al. v. Branham, et al.

The Mills Law Firm together with two co-counsel firms investigated and initiated this securities class action involving a failed limited partnership. A settlement of $16.5 million was consummated by the firm and its co-counsel in June 1995. This represented a recovery of over 88% of the investors' outstanding invested principal.
