Heartland Communications v. Sprint Communications
In a published decision reported as Heartland Communications v. Sprint
Communications et. al., 161 F.R.D. 111 (D. Kan. 1995), the Mills Law
Firm served as lead counsel in this nationwide class action seeking
contractual and tort damages on behalf of 1500 telecommunication
businesses. Following two years of extensive litigation, Sprint agreed
to pay its agents over $1.1 million and to cease and desist from
further violations of its contracts with class members.
