In Re: VMS Litigation

This action was initiated by the Mills Law Firm on behalf of a nationwide class of 67,000 VMS investors, and was joined subsequently by numerous other counsel. The investors claimed misrepresentations and omissions in offering documents involving eight public programs. The case was settled for a Seventh Circuit record of $98.5 million, which was distributed to investors in 1994.
