McCall v. Newkirk

The Mills Law Firm initiated this class action and with associated co-counsel blocked and successfully renegotiated a rollup of 90 limited partnerships to make the offering terms substantially more favorable to the limited partner class members.  The 2004 settlement terms, which contained many intangible benefits, was valued at more than $12 million.
