Robert Mills initiated this case and was appointed as sole class counsel for over 60,000 investors in an oil and gas partnership. The lawsuit alleged breach of fiduciary duty and unfair business practices by an Angeles Corporation subsidiary. The case settled for $650,000 in 1992.
