Hutson v. Merrill Lynch

Mr. Mills initiated and, together with his Boston co-counsel, prosecuted this complex class action involving alleged misrepresentations and omissions in the sale of a large public limited partnership. Mills and his co-counsel were appointed as class counsel on behalf of roughly 13,000 investors and obtained a settlement in 1991 valued at $14 million.
