Davis v. Burrell

Mr. Mills represented two former Oakland A's baseball players in a dispute with rap star MC Hammer. The firm's clients had a contract in which Hammer promised them a percentage of his future entertainment earnings in exchange for financial backing at the start of his career. Mr. Mills secured a confidential cash settlement for his clients in 1991 after extensive settlement negotiations with Hammer's attorneys.
