Blood Bank Employees net $2.54 million in wage settlement.

The Mills Law Firm represented a small class of mobile employees of the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties who claimed that they were denied meal periods and rest breaks and were improperly paid on an alternative work week basis. The $2.54 million settlement yielded each class member an average of $5,000 with some long time employees receiving over $50,000.
