December 7, 2009Carolyn Beasley Burton served as Co-Lead Counsel in this class action where the Mills Law Firm represented 3.13 million Wal-Mart hourly employees. The Settlement made $85 available to employees in 30 states, while another $5 million was paid to the employees retirement fund in a separate ERISA action. The Settlement received Final Approval on October 19, 2009.
