Fisher v. Bank of America N.T.&S.A., et al., and van Zwanenberg v. Bank of America, N.T. & S.A., et al.

In these two consolidated class actions, the Mills Law Firm represented British and California trust beneficiaries and served as sole class counsel on behalf of a world wide class of over 1500 trust beneficiaries whose trust accounts were placed in three in-house private real estate partnerships by Security Pacific Bank. The beneficiaries contended these investments were imprudent and illegal. A settlement for a total consideration of $20,234,000 was distributed to class members in January 2000.
