Francis Conrad v. PBTV, Inc.

The Mills Law Firm represented 193 limited partners in this class action seeking liquidation of their 12 year-old limited partnership, against their general partner who refused to liquidate. The Mills Law Firm successfully negotiated a settlement which required the immediate marketing for sale of the television station which was the sole asset of this partnership. The consummation of this sale in 1998 provided over $32 million to the limited partners.
